Volunteers trek over the African terrain to gather information, monitor rhinos, note vegetation ranges and learn how conservation has aided the native folks of the area. Volunteers have the afternoons to learn Spanish, explore Lima and journey to other components of the country, including Machu Picchu. I’m Katie, a 30 something from Idaho who give up her marketing job in San Francisco, California to journey the world for a year.
